| Okay, so it's been awhile since I've last posted, but I figured an update on those pesky New Year's Resolutions was in order. Well, I had several New Year's Resolutions For this year...how many did I actually keep? ONE! I actually kept one! It involved having a bit more roomie love toward the roommate, and I'd like to think I actually kept that one. The rest? Hahaha...Some of them never even had a chance. But, I did manage to do quite a bit this past year. Looking through my Xanga entries (which I haven't updated in well over a month), I've come up with a list of things that I learned in 2006: * If a Colts player or coach is speaking in chapel, it will be a full house and still as boring as ever. * If after 6 weeks of physical therapy you are healed, tough crap. * Room draws suck. End of story. * Daylight Savings Time = not needed in Indiana * Botany can and will fucus you in the ascus. * Concerts Rule! Over The Rhine, Journey, Def Leppard, Styx, Foreigner, David Lee Roth, Motley Crue, and Aerosmith are the ones attended this year. * Fondue-ing rocks hard core! * Outer Banks, NC = absolutely amazing * Kodak digital cameras and I don't get along. * Baseball games are sweet! Even if I do get soaked by the rain.... * If your sister wrecks your truck, you get to keep the Jeep. * I freaking love Andrew Spracklen more than I ever thought I could love anyone in the whole world! So, in all, 2006 wasn't too bad of a year. Who cares if those resolutions were broken...I still managed to end the year on an extremely happy note! | | |
| It is officially Thanksgiving Break! Bring on the turkey, mashed potatoes, orange fluffly jello, and carmel apple pie! Mmmm...I can just taste the pumpkin pie now! I love Thanksgiving...if it wasnt for the fact that it is quite possibly the holiday with the largest amount of waist thickening, it would be the best holiday ever.
Though school isn't officially out until Tuesday night, I was lucky enough to be able to get out early and I was home Monday by 2:30. I even got to eat lunch with my Andrew before leaving! (Aww...I miss him...) Oh, how I love breaks!
Only two weeks of class and two days of finals left to go for this semester!

| First and foremost, a big Happy Anniversary goes out to mi mama y papa (Yesterday)!! Woot woot!! I was asked yesterday how I was doing and I came up with an answer that pretty much sums it all up: school sucks but life is grand! It just fits perfectly with what all is going on. School - tests, labs, its all getting to that repetitive, sucky point where I'm ready for the breaks to begin. Life - I love my Andrew!! I was kidnapped for our two month on Wednesday, and he is about to be utterly surprised by his kidnapping to come! Well, time for class now! Later days! | | |
| Wow...its been awhile since I've posted an entry.... I'm back home in F-Town again. I got up this morning at 7:00, packed some stuff and drove home so that I could work. I get the house to myself this weekend for the family are off enjoying their fall break. I should get to see them before I leave however... Oh, and on my way back to AU tomorrow, I get to pick up my fantastic cousin Stacey from grandma sugar's house! She's up from Florida for her fall break and she gets to spend some time with me! Yay! School sucks...we should all boycott it.. I Love You AJS! Later! | | |
| What a fantastic fall break!!!
Thursday - I took Andrew hostage and took him to Fazoli's and to see The Departed (which is very very good)
Friday - Small bout of shopping and a freakin' cold, yet totally amazing Motley Crue/Aerosmith Concert!
Saturday - My sweet boyfriend took me to the zoo!!!
Sunday - Wound up the weekend with a little bit of homework
I must say, it was nice to have a break from it all, but it is now time to get back to the daily grind!
